Are Tiffany's Lash Secrets good quality?
Yes!! without a doubt,100%!! Our lashes are top of the line, world class, hand made, cruelty free, premium quality, the ultimate in lash luxury! They are SUPER comfortable. light, soft you won't even be able to tell you are wearing lashes!!

 

Do Tiffany's Lash Secrets come with glue?
We do not supply or sell eyelash adhesive. There are great products on the market and we believe its best suitable for the customer to chose which glue is best for them.

What style Lashes do you carry?
We carry a variety of different styles from classic/natural, glamorous, dramatic, 3D dramatic. They come in Mink and Plant Based Fiber Mink. 

How do I track my order?
We will notify you when your item is shipped. If you don't receive your item in a timely manner please reach out to us via email at tiffanys.bt.secrets@gmail.com.

How do I cancel an order?
We do not offer cancellations. All orders placed are final and products are not able to be edited or changed. We ship all orders as quickly as possible; within 1-3 business days. Due to the nature of the item being purchased we do not offer returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How do I track my order?
you will receive an email notification when your item is shipped. Please contact us at tiffanys.bt.secrets@gmail.com if you do not receive your item in a timely manner.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?
Due to the items being purchased there are no refunds or exchanges for sanitary purposes. If you receive your item and it is damaged or ineffective we will happily replace it and ship your replacement out within 3 business days. If we are out of stock on the damaged or ineffective item you can either use the allotted refund amount for another product, wait for the new shipment to arrive or we will issue you a refund!
